Jamaica Bay is a 55+ gated manufactured home community located in Boynton Beach, Florida. Our mobile home park  offers many amenities, including swimming pools, a clubhouse, shuffleboard and bocce. 

Our mobile home park consists of many full time residents, as well as many "snowbirds" from The United States and Canada who spend their winters enjoying the warmth of both the weather and their neighbors!

We are member owned, thus eliminating the sometimes large monthly land lease fees associated with other similar communities.

The mobile home community in Boynton Beach is located between West Palm Beach and Boca Raton.  We are only a 20 minute drive from the West Palm Beach Airport (PBI), and approximately 45 minutes from the Fort Lauderdale (FLL) Airport.
